Placing an order
On orders that ship via a small package carrier (UPS or USPS), shipping rates will be determined based on the weight and size of final packaging, and added to your invoice. Orders will be packaged efficiently to minimize shipping costs. A Sales Order confirmation with the grand total will be sent to you via email prior to charging /shipping your card.
On orders shipping via a freight carrier (Original ProPanels and 38.5” Knock Downs), minimum freight shipping charges apply. A Sales Order confirmation with the grand total will be sent to you via email prior to charging /shipping your card.
Requesting a quote
If you prefer to receive an itemized quote via email that includes the shipping amount, there is an option below the credit card field that you can select to request a quote. This allows you to bypass putting your payment information in. Once you receive your quote, if you’d like to place the order, you can go into your account online, select “orders” and pay to finalize.
